Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the tools in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
